This looks like the worst experience I've had in ~15 years of traveling with Booking.com! Positive: Seriously, either an irresponsible teenager entered the instructions, or they're a perverted sadist who enjoys tormenting people! This is simply nonsense! I've been traveling with Booking.com for many years, and this is the first time I've seen anything like this. Negative: The experience was extremely frustrating. - The phone number in the listing does not belong to the host. No answer to calls or messengers. - Paying for parking inside the residential complex took about an hour. Payments didn’t go through by card or Apple Pay, and the host was unreachable. Even Booking messages didn’t deliver. - After payment, no instructions were provided on where the parking actually is. The automatic message contained no useful details. - Later the host replied via Booking and sent a sped-up video with around twenty turns. There are two parking areas, but the host didn’t say which one we should use, and the building numbers aren’t visible. - The parking is far from the apartment, which is inconvenient with luggage. - The instructions for entering the building are confusing: they describe the entrance code first, but only afterwards mention that you must go back outside to pick up the keys from a locker. - The locker code is given, but there are six lockers. We had to guess which one to open, and some already had the code entered, meaning other guests struggled too. - In the apartment it was very cold (December 1st), the heating was off, and there was no warm water. The WiFi password is extremely long, and even the network name in the instructions is incorrect. - The bed has a badly sagging mattress, making it impossible for two people to sleep comfortably. Seriously, try another option. This feels more like a sadistic quest than a comfortable apartment for the night.
